For myself I'm old school. You used the words" DO DOMINANT WOMEN WHO HAVE MALE FOOTSLAVES" so I will assume she OWNS him since your words imply ownership by the words "slave". In short if I OWNED that SLAVE then yes of course I would have feelings for him. To myself a collar has value. to myself a collar implies care and possibly even love.
Of course my answer would depend on just how you personally define the word "slave" and how the union/relationship is structured.
