What are you doing through the isolation to stop you from going mad?

Walking twice a day for about 20 minutes each. Taking long baths. Keeping myself and the kids on a schedule. (We flourish when we know what to expect and wither and meltdown when it varies too much day by day.) Singing out loud whenever I can. I put my scale away for Lent, but I won't pull it out until after the isolation is over. No point in stressing over inevitable weight gain right now. Allowing myself occasional treats that I would otherwise resist. Making it a point to reach out to friends and family via the internet. In fact, Papa Bear bought me and my mom and dad an Alexa echo 8 so we can see each other while we talk. (He's amazing) I caved and downloaded tiktok. I'm watching a lot of hair tutorials. Brand Mondo is a hairdresser who does HILARIOUS reaction videos. I'm binge watching those. 15-30 min yoga in the morning and before bed. Making it a point to drink enough water.
