I feel like you should definitely report it because u could be helping someone from being abused. After I read this I thought to myself what if I’m talking to that person. That is scary I tried to message u but I’m not a premium user. We have to protect each other.

As I'm sure you can appreciate we don't allow public "outing" of members for whatever reason. This is an abuse of our blogs and against our rules.

If you have an issue with a user, file a report. Even if we can't act on it, at least we'll have a permanent record of your concern for future reference. As our reach only extends as far as THE CAGE we always recommend contacting your local authorities if you are at risk or if you suspect illegal behaviour. We will always support any official investigation and do everything we can to keep THE CAGE a safe place to be.
