There are so many that have gotten me through a lot of bad stuff,music is my safe place. If I can't find the words I know that there is a song that will perfectly describe what I can't get out. I posted one before... But it isn't the only one. Here's another that was released when I was only 4 years old but is still played to this day here and there:
"Sweet Child o' Mine" Guns N Roses. (Contrary to the title, it's not about his kid, it's about his then-girlfriend of 4 years. They got married and the whole thing went down the divorce court toilet 8 or 9 months later. ) Yeah, sorry, I am a Metal head. I caught it when my late twin sister (Non-car accident long, long ago) got into a local "garage band" and mastered the old, beat up Strat that was given to her. Not bad for a then-14 year old. So much for identical twins and shared traits, I couldn't play that damned thing to save my ass. |
