People *shouldn't* have that expectation, but they very often do. And it's not even always about avoiding toxic people. Sometimes it's about not wanting to give false hope to people you enjoy speaking with when you only have a couple mins and you were just clearing messages or browsing during a spare moment. Pretty much any major social network or online communications platform has these options. |

I do not mind messages sent while I'm not in here. It's the dudes who used to jump all over my digital ass within 30 seconds of logging in who annoy the fuck out of me..
I do not ignore messages, even raunchy ones, so it is a chore. Finally as has been said across a fair number of threads. This Is Not A Dating Site! It has a Personals component and one inclined to try and hook up should stick with that. |
