The best selection of maid uniforms I know of are to be found in the BirchPlace Shop, these are available to suit both cis women and sissys, cross dressers etc. The quality is very good but you will pay for it.

omg hun, you could easily by a black tank dress and then goto collar store and buy the large doiles they sell to put on fancy serving treys. just run smehitenribbon t through the upper openings in the lace and to it to your waist. Pick upon duster and r good to go
