What to do other than beg for attention

Much like Miki, being the way I am, it’s very, very rare for me to want attention (quite the opposite mostly), however when I need to be “seen,” there are trusted people I reach out to.

Mostly my response here was just to let you know that you’re seen and valued

Hello there CSI. I think you're Cute Sexy Intelligent and notice you have been very quietly observing. This requires a lot of self-restraint and can be lonely. But it's a wise and admirable way to walk. Sitting still there without being seen is just one of your beautiful qualities.

Me? I post attention seeking material but then tell myself I'm not doing it for validation. So, I second Morley's suggestion wholeheartedly. Love yourself and then make love to yourself or vice versa.

Being a slave to a Master ( which I am not right now ) I have always considered watching porn by myself or masturbating as a rather selfish Indulgence both of those and a few other types of entertainment should be done with your partner

When someone is feeling a bit deflated and wanting real interactions with another human, blithely suggesting they watch porn and whack off seems more than a tad puerile to me. It certainly does nothing to indicate the OP's real needs were even considered (much less actually understood).

I try to break down why I feel that way and then write down what I'm feeling and post it. Sure some might see it as attention-seeking but I genuinely feel better after I just spit it all out and let it be known. Feelings are still valid even when we feel that way. After that, I usually go find something to do that needs doing; dishes, laundry, carrying softener salt to the basement, etc. I feel better after something gets done even if it's little. The whole process is a good way for me to both acknowledge how I'm feeling and accept that but then move on from it by being productive.

Show up as yourself showing up for myself waking up every day celebrating , Respect not attention , Doing things for self , Busy af , Buying things for self , Working for self , Having me time , Nourishing the mind the soul and body , Wear what makes me feel sexy doing things I wanna do.

I was younger I use to beg but I learned it only got me the wrong kind was a lesson learned life is about experience we grow from that never settle for less raise your glass.

But begging can mean many things diffren't depending on how it is if someone respects you when you find the right person that diffren't good of begging. But when alone I know someone can get begging but self discipline of love don't need someone it has to be a feeling the right one love is rare give yourself the attention you deserve of nourish yourself. Don't give someone to much only give them very little let them learn and respect earn that respect with being emotionally invested. Love has to grow over time can't be just in one night love yourself but someone must love themself as well to love each other.

It depends on the type of attention I’m after. Sometimes I’m just feeling like I look good so I’ll post thirst traps. When I actually need someone to talk to because I’m feeling sad or neglected, I’ll reach out to people that care about me. If you have to beg someone for the attention you need, that’s probably not your person.

I have felt like this a lot recently. Especially trying to find a new Dom. I always remind myself people have careers and personal lives to attend to. But it's Especially hard seeing they're online here and still not talking to me.

So...I just keep myself busy. Play video games or write a story. Something I enjoy doing. I know that in good time the right Dom for me is going to come along (hopefully sooner rather than later...after all it's been 17 years since I had a decent Dom....sigh) I refuse to beg for someone's attention (unless that's what they want me to do )
