Do you mean can't be touched or tied tip to base so that it cannot become erect? There is a similar concept of a double ring in the shape of an 8, it is put on to the base and then bent over and the head-shaft is fed through so that the penis is bent where the rings join. I was going to launch this as a separate forum topic and my spin this off on it's own later. Another I'm fond of is using the subs own clothes to entrap them.
