new-ish

hello, straight to the point. after my last sub i haven't been in any type of d/s relationship. miss the comfort and stability of it greatly.
hoping for some insight on getting back into it and being more comfortable with what i want/need for some sort of stability/security. ive done my research but yet find myself wondering if there's more i missed or still dont understand. just would love some sort of advice or guidance to help me become more stable with myself and more confident in who i am. would also love in anyone had any websites or forums they've read while learning. currently reading books with bdsm in them however im sure there may be some flaws or inaccurate things in them.
thanks, matt

Hi matt icon_smile.gif welcome to the cage.
When you say your reading books are they "how to" styled or more "porn lit" ?....I'm getting the impression your reading porn/erotica, while great for enjoyment and fantasy they often far from the real world.
There are some wonderful instructional books available and loads of resources online. You can also attend just about any class on any topic you can imagine now, online and offline.
I'm sure if you can pin point just want you need, someone maledom (or switch) could point you in the direction needed. The folks around here can be extremely helpful.
