Cancel of Auto Renew

Hello. On dec 4 I reached out to admin but no response yet. So maybe this is quicker.

I'd like to stop my subscription from auto renewing. The subscription button on the profile leads to a dead end and doesn't go anywhere when you click.

Can this be fixed or my auto renewal turned off please?

On the other side, I'd like to continue the gifted premium membership. Again, dead ends.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry for not responding in a timely manner to your private message.

I can see you have already cancelled the auto renewal of your subscription some time ago. That is why you didn't find the button to stop the subscription from auto renewal and you only saw the "continue" button to get back to the site.

We will make sure we display a clearer message in such cases so such confusion will not happen.


I'd like to clarify that cancelling of our auto renewal subscription is an easy process that takes a second and can be done self service any time through the site by going to the "My Subscription" page. To Clarify there's no technical problem there. We build our community and platform on trust and fair play and long term commitment to our clients, so that is a top priority for us that our customers only pay for what they want to. If anyone has a problem cancelling their auto renewal, we are always here to help and even after the fact if you have been recharged without intending to will help as well.

Thank you for reaching out and thank you for your intent to extend your subscription and support the site and community!

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations of our payment provider we are unable to support extending of non-recurring subscriptions before they expire, so the way to do it is to wait for the subscription to expire before buying a new one.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I can assure you no data is lost in the process so when you downgrade and upgrade again you'll be where you are now.
