This maybe a side topic, but it does involve nipples and hopefully orgasms too!

For a long time I've had a fantasy of inducing lactation. I have some experience in being on a schedule of sucking, often enough to induce, every 4 to 6 hours, but only for a few days... Not weeks. I have very sensitive nipples, and am a masochist who responds to intense pain everywhere, but especially nipples and buttocks.

On the one hand, I'm incapable of orgasm, so my answer to the question is "no".

However, after extended and/or intensely painful nipple activity, I often am in a state of post orgasmic fog.

What's painful?... here's an example.
