What to do about rude messages
Hello! So I just made my account a few days ago and since I've had a lot of men reach out being very rude and then when they don't get the response that they want they've called me mentally unwell, they said I have a fake partner, and then they block me. These 30-year-old, 40 year old men. Is there anything I can do about that? How good does the report system actually work?

From what I've seen the report system actually works. Unlike some other sites, this place actually seems tonpay attention.

Cage admin need to know who these people are, so report all of them, send screenshots of the messages, along with the profile report. This shouldn't happen, and no one should be on the end of these types of messages.

Good evening Bellexoxo..
So sorry to hear about your situation. Understand it is frustrating and what to do is not easy. Here is a thought. Noone knows how it feels to be you. So tell the people that you find rude. The truth.. That you find them rude. If there is no change.. Block them.. Maybe a few lines in your profile that you do not mind honest and polite conversations. "mentally unwell,"... Did a online test a few years back. The test said I had a little bit of everything. Is´nt it why we are here on this forum. To learn and deal with kinks and turnons that to some in this world makes us unwell. I say it is to be honest to what and who we are deep inside. 
So.. Take one step at a time. Listen to what people do and not what they say..

Welcome to the Cage. Please know that your experienice as a new member is not isolated. EVERY new member (especially female ones) receives the onslaught of messages. Most, if not all of them, will be from sharks. The predators who watch the "members online" section to see who the newest member is in order to pounce before somene else has a chance. The ones who are vile, just screenshot the message and mail it to V. She will boot their asses! Then you are free to block them and never have to deal with them again. I suggest you NOT take any "interest" someone shows seriously until you've been been around for a while. Learn how to discover who is a regular participant and who is just circling the waters. Do they have a blog? Have they posted in the forums? Who do they interact with if they do? HOW do they interact with others? Being able to read material they posted before they crawled into your (mail) box is the best way to get a bead on someone safely and to discern between the princes and the frogs. |
