Hi all. This is part question part discussion related. I've been thinking about fitness domination recently as a specific part of a D/S relationship. By this I mean controlling a sub fitness regime, tasks, goals, etc in a similar way to diet control but with exercise.

I know there are many categories of BDSM.. so many that I could never know them all... But I almost never see much if anything about fitness domination. I wanted to get others opinions on why this doesn't seem more present within BDSM communities? Is it simple more niche, or is it considered as under an already established BDSM category? I realise this isn't inherently a fetish, and just a side category, but I just expected to see more of it.

People with experience in this also I'd like to hear from.

It should be safe and sane, nothing that is going to hurt the nervous system.


Healthy and Safe out of anything anything abuse wise will only lead to abuse and trauma.


Give the sub a routine, have a conversation, agree on things. Unless they wearing devices like a service sub doing tasks. Do it out of fun and happiness for both work out with them have them clean naked or do tasks.


Help them find a good videos have them do it in front of you, but support their goals and dreams, help them to grow and bloom.


You have to be careful because best to take them to a doctor learn their health and back history and get them to a good nutritionist because a person still has to eat and live never starve someone everyone body is different they need to be able to survive you need vitamins as well as supplements if they need it. Only do it to help do not try to change them how you want them to look they need to be happy how they want to have them keep skin but do to be healthy. Some do it for themselves you want to be part of it be happy to even be part of them support them and support each other being sexy.

I see what you mean, however I was thinking not necessarily a fitness coach and Domme combined, but just fitness being part of kink.

I can definitely see this being part of someones rules. Maybe more of a caregiver role? It feels similar to the ol' "Eat 3 meals" and "Go to bed at ___"
I go to the gym and I would 100% love changing up the head space of going to the gym because I know I should to a task I need to complete because Daddy said so. I'd probably get a better rush from it in that regard.

My experience regarding fitness domination is that it's a very very small facet of a larger, more complete dynamic. At least for MaleDom /FemaleSub relationships. Diet control is more common than an exercise schedule I think.

When I was more active in local BDSM community activities, this did seem more common when the sub was male.
