Certain mushrooms like lions mane, morels or chanterelles are delicious if cooked after a fresh harvest.

Also great as part of a hotpot or Korean BBQ for some others like anoki or oyster mushrooms.

I agree most need to be cooked but there a few that are great raw.

Hey watch that! Mushrooms are wonderful.

The pale ones in stores (I lack the patience for gardening or fancy types) go great in salads.

and of course nothing beats the occasional--- or very occasional good old fashioned 'Shroom".

I should then follow up with multiple iterations of echo (possibly using an AI to inform me of the synonyms in various obscure langues).
