Sometimes the people that know you the best, hate your guts. It’s not worth sharing.

Sometimes it’s just fun to hide secrets, because you can.

Intimacy and privacy are cores of anyone’s being. Forever interesting or inquisitive for many.

I re read this twice. What do people tend to hide even from the ones who know them best, and why does it stay hidden?

Hmm good question. Things that cause fear of rejection. A natural reaction for most, if not all people.

Everyone has fears

Everyone has been burnt by someone by trusting them.

I have things that I will carry to the grave with me, because they are things no one needs to know.

No one, and I mean NO ONE is open about everything

There are just some things no one needs to know.

Interesting comments. In the end, it’s often about protecting oneself, from those who might judge or misuse what they know. What stays untold or hidden isn’t always a secret, and if it is, there’s usually a good reason behind someone’s choice to keep it that way.
