You asked that as question or presumed?
Trust being rebuilt = “an act of distrust or dishonesty”. That
is my comparison to “rats”. I thought it was clear?
You know what else they say? “if the shoes fits…”

It's already common for subs who have been traumatized in the past to be hard to earn their trust. My question is what happens when that trust is gained but then broken? The work and the effort put in to show the sub they are safe, cherished, understood, and heard. To have been successful in that and gained their trust. What happens when the trust is broken then? Can it be earned again, can the broken trust be put back together? Does how the trust was lost matter?

Anyone with experience from either side would be very welcome. Dom or sub, rebuilding successful or not. I understand my questions to are vague but this is intentional. I would like a wide varieties of experiences to come up from this. I'm sure there are other forums on the topic but I just haven't seemed to find them yet.

As always, thank you in advance for your thoughts, time, and vulnerability to help me in exploring this topic. Resources are also welcome.

That was a question, that’s how I learn stuff.
I cried because I had no shoes until I met a man with sandles and stole them

Life is about self-discovery, and I realized I had to break free from the traps that held me back - my responsibility to change began with the choice to do so! My childhood may have been challenging at times, but it has given me valuable experiences and lessons that I can use to help others navigate their own paths. I've learned that I can't take on the burden of fixing everyone else's problems, and all I can do is wish them well and offer peace. Forgiveness has been a powerful tool for me, and I've chosen to forgive my mother and sister, understanding that holding onto resentment is like living on a toxic substance. If I keep living the same way, nothing will change, and that's on me. I've also forgiven past loves because harboring hate won't fix anything - peace will. As someone once told me, 'Stop talking about it and start doing what you can!' In my late 20s, I met someone who wanted a relationship that felt like walking on eggshells, but I walked away, giving myself peace ✌️. After that, I focused on reserving my heart for myself, setting boundaries, and seeking balance and respect in any relationship. Then, in 2019, I met someone who showed me the beauty of new beginnings, and we've learned to grow together, reading and learning about each other every day. We've become partners in every sense, bringing balance and romance to each other's lives. It took time, but someone special found me when the time was right. The key is to break free from our own traps and change our energy - if someone says they're hurt, and you don't prioritize their well-being with consent, then it's okay to part ways. In any relationship, both parties need to work together, and being selective about the energy we surround ourselves with is crucial. It's time to stop following things that don't serve us and instead focus on growth, watering our own gardens together and nurturing what we already have. I'm excited to grow with my partner, bringing our unique strengths to the table and working together to build a better life. Desperation will put you lingo of being hurt if they hide you I make too many excuses and hang up then you know what you gotta do leave. Stop living in same phase patient will show you how Is for you. If we give our self value and respect and treat it that way, and we will get the same in return but don’t give our or they take and run. You
Want the same value. Get hot don’t drop
For all don’t show it all. Sex mind it’s not a relationship but getting to know somebody with a connection and getting in the mind is better and then you keep showing up going on dates and you know flying to each other meeting for a few times and showing more and you keep growing until it becomes more of a relationship. The connection comes first and it needs to keep growing as courtship and dating then down the road like let’s say six months seven months down the road then it’s more of a relationship. You must build through the seasons as you grow! I know that men and women get hooked on that the BDSM relationship should be right now and that they should keep it online but in a month you should be able to meet each other it arrange it! But the guy should meet the girl first always! but if you want respect, you must have respect for yourself first but if you want some of the only ones you and only wants one, you gotta get rid of the habits and bloom! Cause old ways won’t open new doors, only new ways will! But up
To you know one can do for you this taken action of life want better do better make beautiful
Life for your self.

Balance and boundaries. With space and being a listening ear, we can work together like a One day, in the beginning, my partner told me to pack my stuff; his boss brought the pain home but he did not want me to leave it was anger through work . Men can't read us, we can’t read them until we pause do it right so be firm!, I had to hear it out. We can give chances if they are willing to take it and mean it when they say they want to work on it we gotta try see if works it can if you believe in each other. Red flag 🚩 if they don’t When it's time to leave tho , they say they want to hurt themselves because they want you to stay, but you tried, they didn't want help, they disrespected, they hit you, they took money - three things, yes, it's time to leave, some use and abuse. Every situation is different; if it's threatening your life, it's time to leave, whether it's a man or woman. If you say you want to be owned to fast , now there's a horror story you don't want to go educate yourself about.take it slow if you want to last. Old couples are together they don’t run they work on it!

We have to stop hating men and women in same boat but different but work it out. Go in life with hate and trap gonna be the same. I tell you start saying better things and have peace you get better people. Selective but not superficial not. People have to grow up be adults to find someone! Time place for it all be a baby but you gotta stable yourself also as other person does. Men subs grow and doms get grow abs sub women grow you can just do life you want!

Saying this
Person hurt me , you keep going and bring it up all the time still living a trail won’t change. Get out trap you deserve better! Go get some holy water on you release. get in to new life your last done with! Want the life evolve so you can! Be well! Stress rehab they do this very rare! Holy water is not judgement it’s a way to release no sin it’s relief to move on! Don’t have to have a religion any priest can do it even private. I did it 2011. Peace ✌️
