Mtf4f?

As trnas ppl have been around a while and jnly recently been somewhat accepted or atleast noticed, with the understanding that the surgicalnprocedure is extremely costly, theres been something ive often wondered about.
When a m that like women has sex its basic, but that same m says they're mtf and inly likes women so it's still basic, but with the general understanding that an mtf wants to be treated as an f do they still have basic sex with an f or do they obtain from using their m genitalia sexually till theyre able to have their more compatible parts?

Yes I know a straight m asking this is so scandelous that most responses are from ppl speaking on behalf of Trans, but in reality its not about them and the Trans ppl dont speak up for themselves as if oppressed by the same ppl that are suposed to support them and as this site is suposed to stay positive such questions seeking basic information of prior experiences gets nothing but backlash from those suposed supports.

As this is a post of experience by my present and somewhat lacking experience im sure most ppl are quite curious of my perspective.

My home dungeon is run by 2 trans women. They are the only fully functioning Trans women ive ever met while having social acceptance by a plethora of lifestyle groups from Rhode Island to Florida. Everyone else has basic sex they way the corresponding genitals are used, no mtf has ever thought of not using their genitals sexually with female partners. My home dungeon owners laugh at how trivial such concepts are.
Had met a few, gentlemen and ladies, at the wall in nyc. Was my first drag queen show there. Ya don't have to be gay to enjoy the show. Met a guy at the bar, not a queen. Dressed better than any queen on stage, mtf, apparently their costume designer or something like that. Supposedly doesn't get any cause all the guys just want to use and be used. Sounds familiar? He says using his genitals sexually is like trying to make a woman cum by fingering her pee hole. The black queen said he's too big for that, showing her lil pinky sized down to the nail as if.
Yet no other pre-op mtf wants to talk about nit, say anything, speak their mind.
