New to Vegas, looking for Kink-friendly Doctor

Hi there

Master and I recently moved to Las Vegas from the wilds of the Big Island of Hawaii. We are in a 24/7 D/s relationship and have been for a long time. Does anyone have a reference to a D/s friendly medical professional (MD, DO, NP, PA) in the Vegas area? This dynamic is so much a part of my life that I think my doctor needs to be aware of it, and that Master manages my health care decisions.

I've only found 2 possibilities in the kink-friendly listings and I'm not sure they are a good fit.
