@RP...do you need all the durability and mounting options of a GoPro? Sony makes some very nice waterproof point and shoot stuff. Much better cameras overall.

@Fudbar: absolutely, those aspects are essential for my intended utilization. Considering accessories to augment my iPhone in the interim; however the Go-pro was specifically requested on the “Santa Baby” list. Particularly because of its ‘slow motion’ feature, which is fantastic for capturing candid - climatic - action shots.
I got tingles just writing that... I will explore Sony cameras as well, however, and appreciate the recommendation Fudbar. Thank you for your reply. Is there a particular Sony model you use and prefer? - RP |
