Enema Questions

Ken TT(sadist male) • Aug 13, 2026
I got so much good information from my post about rimming lubes , that I thought I would get some information from experienced enema givers. So I would like to start giving my wife enemas prior to anal. I've done so here and there in the past with mixed results. I always finger her asshole for quite a while before I fuck her, and I know that typically she has some dried up turds in her rectum. This rarely causes a problem other than perhaps a little chocolate on the head of my cock when I pull out, no big deal.

I'd like to do it for several reasons, first just as a power thing, second is to clean her out in third to have some fun.

So my questions are:

1. What is something good to add to the water for an effective cleansing enema? I would also like it to be pleasant for her.

2. I realize everybody is different, but typically, how much volume is a normal enema and how much will make her uncomfortable, but not cause an accident.

3. What is the best device, it seems like the old hanging red enema bag and just a regular nozzle should be adequate.

Thanks, Ken

I did it for two years with my former dominant. I did it once a week before we met. I discovered that there was a point of diminishing returns whereby the procedure brought down more material from higher in my intestines and actually caused more mess than it prevented. This could have been a result of using too much water, but others experiences may vary.

I never added anything--just plain water. I did some research at the time and the general advice was that enemas weren't necessary nor beneficial for the recipient's health for the purpose of hygiene during anal sex. The advice was to modify the recipient's diet instead to cause the person's bowel movements to become firmer and evacuate more completely, thereby leaving the anus and rectum cleaner in general.

I have verified this for myself related to my diet, so in future I would say enemas will mostly be for control and play, not for cleanliness. That's my take on it based on my experience.

That would be what I think, first third of the rectum if required (using a Douche), deeper, and prolonged, regular use, can mess up the natural state of the rectum - which isn't desirable.
