Why does it seem to be no many Female Doms south eastern states?

When being online always seems to be and I get contacted on Kik/ tele with all these female doms but there always up northeastern or out west. Doesn’t seem to ever been many in the south eastern states and genuinely not too sure why especially how many people out west/north have been moving down here recently in the past handful of years
