Just an interesting observation
I was just curious and did a count of all the people online at the moment on a Saturday night. There were 77 people online. 52 men and 25 women. I don’t know if that’s representative of the normal ratio on this site but you can take this useless or useful observation and do or don’t do with it however it best suits you.

The ratio of men to women has always been that for years and years and years.
Typically, the take has been men looking for sex than just Lifestyle D/s. Now if you really wanted to make your data relevant, you would co plot it to roles: Doms, Domme, female s type, and male s type. Though you would have to do a historical data comparison but I be willing to bet you would see an increase of Domme and male s type than a year ago, 2 years ago, 5 years ago and onwards. The question is whether you would see a trend to Dommes outnumbering the Dom and thus possibly removing the sex content of the search. |

I wondered in the distant past from these ever-presenr ratios who all these online men are talking to, I took it as a happy indicator that many allegedly heterosexual men might be more flexible than they declare, or there's a lot of chasing of offline women going on. They're certainly not making any active presence known in forum or blogs.
Lurkers will lurk and good luck to them. We all use the site in different ways. |

I find that an interesting observation When one is bored, almost everything is interesting. ...like that ant strolling across the countertop seeking a lost crumb or an errant gathering of sugar crystals or the neighbor's dog taking a leak on the fire hydrant... The list can go on depending on the level of boredom. -------------------------------------------------- Alas, remedies for boredom for many--- a nice leisurely walk around the neighborhood, tackling some deferred work around one's dwelling, or cracking open a dusty book on the shelf to name a few, are what is not "interesting" though. I know, those tasks don't appeal to me either, so I just go to sleep when I am bored for too long. |
