I VERY strongly second dollMaker's comments about this.

If you're in an unhappy marriage, either work to fix the marriage (whatever that means for you) or leave the marriage, BEFORE you go looking for another relationship. It's cool if you're poly, you -can- have multiple partners in theory, but you need the informed consent of everyone involved, otherwise it's just asking for people to be hurt, yourself included (and not in the fun way).

It's good you want to learn more about BDSM, and about yourself and your place within BDSM, but like dollMaker said.. try not to hurt other people in the pursuit of your own happiness. If you're not careful, and you do choose to hurt others to make yourself happier, your happiness will be tainted by their pain. The guilt will slowly strip any real pleasure away from you, and you'll find yourself trying to fill a very deep void with very shallow things.

If you really don't want to hide who you are anymore, tell your wife what's on your mind. Otherwise you're just halfassing both your vanilla AND your kink lives. Do the right thing.
