We or at least I, value actions based on the merit how beneficial it is inherently. Any form of pain is wired to be bad, our bodies are very efficient at identifying that. But with experience I have come to know that what works for most doesn't necessarily work for some. In every situation I have to pick and choose what is good or bad for me and the people involved in it based on the information I have. What fundamentally feels good isn't always right and vice versa. In my case I found that my actions justified my intentions regardless how they appeared on the surface. I hope that helped clarify my statement. |
