I consider myself a liberal, a feminist and a submissive. However, you can add "overthinker" to that list and I've sometimes tied myself in knots trying to reconcile what used to feel like opposing beliefs and desires. Curious Raven expressed it perfectly though, and I believe that true submission comes from true strength (at least for me) and choice and volition. I need surrender that isn't weak.

I am a feminist, a Liberal, and a submissive.

I think feminism is about freedom and equity. I have the freedom to be a corporate giant who gets paid the same as her male peers, and a submissive who comes home to her Dom to get spanked.
