Not precisely a cage, but the cages many use employ a cock ring, so here's the other side of the coin as dollMaker notes:

i couldn't find any evidence based info about long term issues from wearing a cock cage, here's the best i could find... a urologist gives some input, so some authority, but i'm not finding any studies?

I recommend getting a cage that is a bit smaller than your flaccid penis and made of stainless steel with bars, they are easier to clean and the small size means less chafing. Plus they are much easier to hide in clothing. And they tend to be really cheap. I also would recommend one with an "integrated" lock, padlocks are bulky and can cause issues with open-style cages.

I have owned 4 cages and the best one I've had (and currently use) is the smallest and cheapest no-name one.
Just make sure the ring isn't too tight, measuring can be very difficult since you need to make sure it stays but also isn't too tight (even 2mm too tight can be painful)

My previous cage was Holy Trainer v3, it was very comfortable and difficult to escape from, but I could only realistically wear it for maybe 1.5 weeks before it needed a proper deep cleaning, and daily-cleaning it without taking it off meant a lot of moving around and chafing.
This 15€ no-name China-made cage (which didn't even come in a box, just wrapped in plastic) I can wear for months, I only had to take it off due to a (unrelated) medical emergency. I also rarely need to align the pee-hole with this, because it's so small it's almost always aligned.
