Is it a kink or fetish? And is there a difference :3

I have thought about this and talked about it with friends and old lovers. I have come to the conclusion that it is neither a kink or a fetish but a need. My need is to hear her come as much as possible. It is not something I want but a need that comes from deep inside me. I have seen women and men beg their partners to fill their ass up. The look on their faces as they were filled. I can't see it as a fetish or a kink the way they crave it want and need it seems so much more. I can see how some think it is a fetish or kink but there are some who go beyond that.

Think about something you like but is more than kink or fetish maybe a border line need to have.

Honestly, I use them pretty much interchangeably to mean "things I like in sex." Don't overthink it.
