Blackmail confuses me because I see some people talk about how if they don't comply then their blackmail gets released. Sometimes it's to a select group off people (I'm assuming involved in that kink *shrug* not sure?) or if they release it out into the world of kinky people or do they actually do damage and release it to someone's boss or family? I'm assuming it's not that last part, but I just don't know enough about it and its always fascinated me. Like what if that's the thrilling part is to have your stuff released? Or is it the idea that it could be released?

That is what I don't get either. If it is simple blackmail play, then the given information (say kinky bondage pictures) is released to others within the lifestyle? Where is the threat? If the pics are going to be released to unknowing family, friends or employers, then it crosses over into actual, non consenting, blackmail. Which I said before is illegal. It seems I am missing something here but can't figure out what. |

She said he has a list of people he would send it to if she ever didn't comply. To me at that point it's like how many times can you say that before either actually doing it OR that the roleplay gets old. Because it has to be roleplay, right? |

Suppose for example that the sub posts pictures on kink sites, but there are some they consider too explicit and only allow their Dom to see. The blackmail threat is posting those pics. The people that would see the pics give consent because they are on a kink site where those types of pics are expected. |
