While it doesn't require sharing every single thought, it does involve being open about important aspects of your life and experiences that could impact the relationship.

You want to feel wanted and to express your feelings but you want to feel theirs so your mind is not wandering.

Partners can get busy at times ask them when they are able to text or call or even email it only takes 5 mins out of someone's day at times it's good to keep yourself busy if they have busy days but try to tell them you need to feel safe just hearing their voice because some may not experience this so that has to be brought up a sub has to feel safe and wanted to hear a voice that they I love you have a good day

If you both a hour away you have to meet up in real life, try to make of staying over and travel arrangements to keep it going , or playing a game online or a virtual place thing.

Men Heart grow fonder when partner are absent, but for a sub you need to be close or hear a voice to feel wanted and feel more love.

Commitment tell them you want taken in hand want a relationship that will be in a household unit that is like marriage or marriage down the road they should show the signs when it comes to moving in not leading feelings on so be clear to what you want that yes both know what you want.

I know that it can seem overwhelming and confusing when things like this happen in any relationship or dynamic, but it is normal. You are not the only person who has ever wondered these things. I have liked a few responses to your original post and I agree that usually when one or the other starts to become more distant, it can mean that either there is a problem within the relationship/dynamic or one has become either bored, has moved on or wishes to find another relationship or dynamic.

If you are unhappy or feel that you deserve better you should ask your Dom if they wish to continue to be in the relationship/dynamic or not. This way you both can move on and find a better, healthier relationship/dynamic to be in.
