There might be the exhibitionist who posts. But stripped bare ( pun intended ) these photos are for the purposes of: Advertising, Marketing and Validation. Other than the above...what would indeed be the reasons? |

Since this discussion went to rape, might as well get some statistics.
The total number of sexual assaults including rape was 32 out of 1000,000 in the USA some 15 years back. This has dropped to the high 20s in 2019. Of course, rape is a subset of the total cases, so the rape rate is much lower than that. In fact, more people die of car accidents in the USA than get raped. This is not to say that rape is not a serious issue. It is. But just as the number of deaths from car accidents are not leading to people getting triggered by the image of a car, i fail to understand how the picture of a penis would trigger a woman due to fear of rape. I am sure some man will explain to me where I am going wrong. Of course, men know better than women when it comes to understanding how females think. I have talked to several women as to why they hate dick pics. The answers typically are 1) they are ugly 2) they show that the guy wants sex and nothing else 3) They show that the guy has no other attractive quality than a penis I have never heard anyone say that they don't like dick pics because it triggers them. |

What kinds of life experiences might lead someone to think that penises are ugly? 2. Why is it unappealing for a guy to want sex and nothing else? 3. How come men line up for partners who have nothing to offer but hot body parts, but women don't? 4. When an argumentative dude with a chip on his shoulder asks women why they don't want to see pictures of his penis, why would he expect them to give him complete and vulnerable answers? There are coherent answers to all these questions. The good news is that your genitals are *not* inherently ugly and your sexual desire *can* be welcome and even celebrated. To get there, the first step is recognizing and working on your misogyny. |

1. Can only speak for myself, but some penises ARE ugly. Some of the men I have been with have ugly penises; I only tolerated them because I was in love with the owner of said penises. I can see where this question is leading, but no, I was never sexually assaulted or traumatized by penises. Sometimes beauty is truly subjective, I also think some people's knees are ugly, I am not attracted to obese people, and not a fan of excessive facial hair. The list goes on. Must we attribute every personal preference with an experience in order to justify your politically correct agenda? 2. Because from a purely mechanical standpoint, I have yet to meet any guy that last longer than the Hitachi. 3. Obviously you lead a very sheltered life. The local online hookup site here has a good selection of boob and/or ass pic from women who could barely write a complete sentence. |

OK as a woman, I was/am never offended by a man who sends pics of his stuff. As long as he realizes it's a one way deal, I'm cool with that., I am a member of a sexually-orientated site so I take it as it is! Besides, I like a free look at a guy's.. blessings!

Devoted, I would be interested to know whether you think that a mother losing her child in a car accident, or a daughter losing her parents in a car accident, is less traumatic than rape. |
