I'm a collard sub. To me being collard is a commitment to my dom just like a wedding ring, engagement ring or a commitment ring is to any other person. Its not a fashion statement. Collars aren't for every sub but it is for me and every time my dom get me a new collar he is the one to put it on me as a symbol of love, trust, protection and commitment. Just my opinion
