Issue with purchasing a preform membership?

Since it's tax season I can finally go premium! However after completing all the info and accepting the purchase it says first:
Prossing, do not navigate away from page!
And then switches to a blanket White error message? This happened twice, obviously the payment was rejected or didn't go through. And I wasn't charged. Any reason why this could be happening? I'm just using the safari web browser app on an iPhone. The first time I was in private browsing. The second time I was not.

Hoping this is fixed soon! Really excited to be premium.
