Songs.
What's a song that reminds you of your partner,dynamic and/or submission/dominance?
For me and my dynamic and submission it's 'Give me Faith.' by Elevation. Technically a worship song, but for me it holds a deeper meaning. About my journey, my submission and most definitely my partner. |

Great topic!! As someone who defines how I am feeling at any given time with music, this is always topical for me. Typically, the songs that most define my dynamic or relationships are not obviously BDSM related, although there have been one or two over the years. Ok, first of all "Stay" by Rihanna. My heart!!!!
I don't currently have any to relate to my relationships in the lifestyle as of now. But music is life for me and so it is natural that some remind me of past and present lovers. Many years ago those songs were Combichrist "This Shit Will Fuck You Up" and She Wants Revenge "Tear You Apart". Combi brings back fond memories of being the play thing for a pornographer in Orange County, California. He enjoyed breath and impact play. I swooned at being his little slut. My, have I evolved. "Tear You Apart" was me in the early years of exploring my sexual orientation. Had a huge crush on my best friend. One night I stayed with her at her job as a thrift store clerk and the song came on and I sang it to her, hoping she'd get the hint. We danced as I sang, and got so close that I felt like I just wanted to ravish her. We did eventual feed our desires and it was an amazing run. Now and days I'm much more of a sap. I find myself listening to Ed Sheeran and going "Awwwwww". Sorry, my reply isn't exactly what you asked. Will revisit if and when. 😂😊 |
