For one he committed patricide and Rey witnessed it. Her longing for a family and him discording his just doesn't scream like reconcilble differences. Also Rey doesn't seem like she could ever be okay with Kylo's body count she is definitely as much of a Jedi as as can be and killing billions seems like a hard limit to me for a Jedi.

Not only that but if we are talking kinky sides I think they are both tops lol. Kylo's definitely has some Dom energy but he is dangerous and Rey is controlled and level headed with a determination and an eye for leadership.
