I don't think there is a one size fits all answer. Every brat is different and will be motivated by different things, and the methods will also change according to what needs to be accomplished. Rewards and punishment for one brat will be entirely different from another. I think the most important point is that the brat trusts that no matter what is done, she knows she is loved and cherished. I would hope some of the training is focused on helping her become a better person, not just finding new ways to please the Dom/me.

Once upon a time long ago and on a different BDSM site, I used to include a list of relationship rules and a list of house rules and accompanying punishments for violating of the rules.
It's no wonder I scared everyone off. |
