You can find gay men social and discussion groups on fetlife, talk to others. Don't make assumptions or jump at the first person. Network and socialize. You have to learn more about the people.

You have an ad in place looking for a mistress and no mention of being gay, bi, or pan sexual. First step would be to define who you are in this regard as many looking might be put off or confused by your profile, and therefore walk on by and not think you might be interested in what they have to offer.
