What are some ways you communicate with your partner(s)? Do you feel like your communication needs to evolve? Do you like their responses to the communication? Do you have difficulty communicating with your partner(s)?
I communicate in a variety of ways with my Doms. We have open communication and honesty. You should always feel comfortable communicating your needs, feelings/emotions, thoughts, and concerns with your partner(s).
It could be an email, a letter, a text, a conversation over dinner, or a coffee shop date. Just some examples.

Personally, I am limited in ways of communication in thew modern era. I have a telephone (sorry no texting, it's a house phone). I have e-mail and communication in person. In-person is the best way, so you can see the facial expressions and body language of the partner. I have never owned a cellular-phone and don't plan to get one. On rare occasions when someone sends me a message via this site, I will reply back and trade messages that way. And that can be very informative but has the disadvantage of not being in-person.
I'm not a person who beats-around-the-bush when communicating, but I'm also fairly tactless and don't go into witty banter much. Being straightforward as I am, it is very disappointing to me when someone mis-understands something that I have said or gets the wrong impression of the type of person I am.
