I have just recently had being a dominate brought to my attention from the woman iv been with for 3years now.....and i want to learn and become what she needs me to me.....shes strictly hands on and sexual sub.....needs sexual task to perform throughout the day with time frames and if not met have punishments to follow......she also likes being spanked and somewhat bossed around and compeletly give up all control i have no clue what i really need to do so im asking for help pointers tips tricks etc iv browsed around on google but doesnt really help to much

dominantguide.com can be helpful...but nothing beats hands on, or mentoring. I tried my hands at being a top at the request of my wife. I didn't know anything other than from porn. I did a lot of reading, looking online...we were both inexperienced, but she enjoyed it.

You could try using the correct terminology: it is dominant (adjective), not dominate (verb) .

There are a ton of books and sites on the subject and you can spend a lot of time reading them and still not be exactly what the other needs. But it is a good resource.
It sounds as you have had somewhat of a starting conversation/communication in what THEY want but what about YOU? What do you need?/want?

I would suggest starting with one thing on the list above and get it to the point that both are comfortable in the roles of doing/receiving that area before moving on to the next.
Take it slow and build from there. A

Find others around you who are into the same type of dynamic or kind. Munches are a good way to ice break into the local community. I promise you the scariest part will be walking through the door the first time.

Agree with above comment on a mentor just remember that no two dynamics or Dominants are exactly the same. Find what works for you and the relationship you are in.

So to recap: Read, Communicate, Process, Munch, Mentor and just be you. Oh, and don't forget to breath.
