How long can you safely slap breasts for in a session? What are things to watch out for? Is there anything specific to watch out for if doing it solo?

Probably depends on "how much" the receiving end can take and the giving part wants to give.

I'm not an expert but I can tell You that even one hit can lead to permanent "damage" inside a Breast.

A single Slap can create Fat necrosis and/or oily Cyst. Both are pretty common after a heavy impact to the breast.

Fat necrosis occurs when the body replaces damaged fatty tissue with scar tissue that forms as hard, lump-like areas in the breast while an oily cyst is a lump of oil which injured breast fat cells release.

My ex Dom loved slapping my Boobs. mostly the right one. He loved how a single Slap already turned my skin red and blue (I bruises very easily). That's exactly what happened to a friend..she developed lumps in her breasts...Dr confirmed they were benign...but it was very scary for her

Controversial statement here but there are some concerns out there regarding breast tissue impacts causing cancer, there is not a lot on this, but some feel its unwise. When I research an activity I look for medical info, if its there, re breast play I found a few things stating this concern, but there had been few if any studies and the evidence was vague. However because there might be a possible risk, I opted to not do any medium to heavy impact play on breasts, only very light play, nothing that leaves stripes or bruising, more just gentle sensation.

Thanks for your advice. It can be quite challenging getting to the medical info among the sea of porn results containing those words, so this is really helpful. Would you describe "very light" as perhaps akin to a swat?

I think I'll just stick to spanking and go with the nipple clamps for the breasts instead. I'm new to both but they seem safer. Not tried paddling or flogging either, but assume those are for the backside too.

I've heard some say (not in the medical community) that by directing an open palm downward to strike the breast can cause permanent stretching of the outer skin leading to breast sagging over time. Don't know if it is true, but I have always been observant of that.
Safest way I believe to do breast slapping or spanking is to have the girl lay flat on a bed face up and lightly slap from the sides halfway between the ribs and the nipple, that way the weight of the breast is resting upon the ribs and they can only jiggle a little bit, but it doesn't hurt as much doing it this way.
I also have a soft short flogger that is perfect for breast flogging, but it really doesn't inflict much pain at all, so if you are an evil sadist, it might not be that much fun for you to even bother.
The turn on for me, is that she would submit to such treatment.
Personally, I can be satisfied with just using my mouth to envelop her entire breast, sucking and squeezing it lightly with my mouth rather than the overt sadism. Breasts need lots of attention, but they need love too. Some girls get off on it as well.
