It would depend on the venue. What is the custom for this place? What is the dress code? If you are going with someone or plan to meet someone there, can they perhaps give you a better idea than we can? My blundering male-jerk ego would just blurt out "Well, wear something short, skimpy and sexy; it's a fetish ball after all, have fun!" but depending on the venue, that may be terrible advice and I may sound like a sleazy idiot for giving it.

Short and skimpy is nice but there are times when it is not a good thing to wear. Something tight and slinky that shows curves but does not show off the goods. Mid thigh with a slit and in his favorite color. Low V neck that show a little cleavage.

Oh man, I am such the wrong person to answer this, but I'm gonna do it anyway. I dress like a combination between a hippie and a homeless man… I wouldn't know fetish clothes if it bit me on the ass.

Maybe a corset or bra and decorate with bows of xmas ribbon with a skirt? add it with a lil hot glue...voila you are a gift! lol
