This is my first time posting something personal. A little bit of background: I am currently a 24 yr old virgin who has never even kissed a girl.I would like some advice/motivation to keep my dick untouched. never done anything with a girl. From your profile it seems you're wanting sissification, and one thing I hear pretty consistently from sissies is that denial does a good job of keeping them in the sissy headspace. Since you're in to humiliation and degradation, if you really want to be caged then I think you should embrace the shame. Hell, if you go through with it write a blog post about how it makes you feel, why you think you deserve it, etc. If you're feeling especially brave post a picture so everyone can see you're locked up. You don't even have to do that here, you can do it anonymously somewhere else.

I know for a fact there are dominants who would enjoy the idea that their bottom is a virgin and want to keep them that way, but personally I don't think it is something someone as young as you should commit to unless you're really sure it is what you want, not just because it is a way of coping with not having that experience. Being a virgin at your age in the isolation era isn't all that uncommon, I was one until my early 30s.
