I really want a tattoo, and have some planned out in my head. I just really don’t like needles so doing it will definitely take me outside of my comfort zone.

Personally, I don't have any tattoos, though I wouldn't mind temporary henna since it fades away after a while. I have delicate skin, so I'm happy with what I have. I've seen some artists create beautiful designs with flowers, but I prefer not to go overboard. If you do decide to get a tattoo, find a skilled artist who understands your vision.

If you ever change your mind, there are options like laser removal that can help. I had an art teacher whose back was adorned with a stunning, colorful waterfall tattoo – it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. My sister has a small butterfly tattoo on her ankle, and I’ve noticed that many people opt for small designs like writing with a flower on the inner side of their arms.

As for me, the only marking I have is a barely noticeable scar that resembles an Indian arrow, and it matches my skin tone. I would advise caution about placing tattoos on your face and always research what the tattoo symbolizes. Make sure to decide when you’re sober, as some tattoos, especially those associated with gangs or cults, are best to avoid.

While some jobs or people might not mind tattoos, others can be more particular, so it's wise to be selective about your choice.

Tattoos look great when paired with sheer mesh clothing, especially at events where you want to show them off in an elegant way. In the past, people often wore mesh underneath their clothes to conceal certain areas. When traveling to some places, you may need to cover up with robes or mesh. However, it’s important to remember to be yourself and never change for anyone.

Have you considered a Triskelion. The triskelion has become one of the most recognizable symbols for the kink community but it's also throughout history with other meanings so can be easily overlooked by those uncaring.

I have 2 with more planned, possibly this year. I love seeing them on others, but I've had many partners without tattoos. I've only met a handful of people who have given me a "not interested" message after realizing I have tattoos. One was because I have an angel on my calf and their religion didn't recognize angels or something (It's been a long time can't remember).

Make sure you do your research on your artist. Some are not as great as they seem to be either personality wise, ego, or terrible artist. Check out their portfolio and asks lots of questions.

For anyone scared of the needles it's not the same as getting a shot or IV. It's like quick scratching feeling on sunburnt skin. Also, placement for pain is important if you're worried about that. There are places where it won't hurt as bad and others (ribs, head, feet, joint areas, etc) that will HURT. Good luck!

I didn't really think about getting a tattoo until my daughter started doing tattoos. She wanted to practice on me and I let her. I have 3 tattoos. One on my chest above my breast. One on my calve on the side and one on my arm. The chest tattoo hurt but the other two were kinda relaxing. She done pretty good. I like my tattoos. I don't know if I will get anymore.

I love tattoos on people. I myself have a dozen so far. Most of mine are First Nations art from where I am from. I love hearing the stories (if there are any) behind them.
I have started getting into going to flash sales and picking rando tatts for whatever the theme is for the flash day. I have the cutes baby hannibal lecter sitting on a crescent moon for halloween flash a couple years ago.

Got it!
