Episode 31 - The Problem With Labels

Throughout our lives, people attach labels to us, and those labels reflect and affect how others think about our identities as well as how we think about ourselves.  That said, we've gotten in the habit of over labeling things, situations, and people, which has ultimately boxed us into these predetermined beliefs about what that particular label "should be" about, rather than just what it IS about. We discuss the risks involved with labeling yourself and others and what you can do to avoid relying too heavily on labels.
