I am 60 years old, currently retired and living in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I feel blessed to be here and deeply thankful for what I have. At this stage of life, I find myself going through what I would call a personal renaissance—a season of reflection, growth, gratitude, and renewed purpose.
When my father died, he never told me that he loved me before he passed. He did tell me how much money he had, and that left me with a sadness I have carried and learned from. I do not want to live that way, and I do not want to die that way. I want to live with purpose, love honestly, grow spiritually, and one day die with dignity.
I am not completely convinced that I will stay in the United States after I reach 67 or 70. I have grown tired of the divisive politics and the constant tension in the culture. I am open to the possibility that the next chapter of my life may take me somewhere new.
I do have a spiritual side. I try to stay positive, work out, take care of myself, and live with intention. I volunteer, keep growing, and continue working on becoming the best version of myself. I have an old dog whom I love deeply—and she probably loves me more than I love myself some days. When her time comes, I know there is still another dog in me to love.
I have two very successful sons, and I am proud of the men they have become. I am not rich, but I am not poor either. I am comfortable, thankful, and trying to use this season of life well.
At the moment, I do not have a submissive partner, and I do not force anything in life. I believe in working on myself, living with confidence and kindness, and trusting that when I am becoming the best version of myself, good things tend to find me.
Have a lovely day.
Must be positive and self-promoting, not negative. If you like pain, try extreme fasting. Nothing better for the mind and the body.
I have recently relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC.
