Stalker
Everywhere that young man goes he's always in her sight, she follows him home from work every single night
Peering through his window, she just waits for him to sleep, then right up to his backdoor the stalker starts to creep
In her mind he is hers, they share a love beyond compare, no one will take him from her, no one better dare
She has a million pictures, collected on her mobile phone, of him living day to day, with friends or on his own
She snarls if he's with a girl, she thinks he is a cheat, how dare he talk to woman, how dare they simply meet
Doesn't he know it hurts her, it breaks her fragile heart, she the only girl for him, she's known it from the start
Look at them laughing, she thinks talking about her behind her back, she will have the last laugh, and put their love on track
One way or another each threat to her love must go, how can he be with them, he's struck her a hurtful blow
She knows that he loves only her, he smiles at her everyday, each time she serves him Starbucks, as he turns away
The way he gently strokes her hand, the way his money lingers, the way he looks into her eyes, the soft touch of his fingers
Surely that smile says it all, he's just to shy to say how he feels, but she knows that he wants her, so she will make it real
So now it's late at night again, she's standing in the rain, watching her love sleeping, through his window once again
