The dance
Hunting around my dream world, desperate to see her face, anxiety is building of my dream girl there seems no trace
She's not sitting by the babbling brook, or under our favourite tree, every night I dream of her, it's where she waits for me
Then I hear a melody drifting from a place near by, I follow the sound into the woods, the sight brought a tear into my eye
I wander into the woods, there's a stone circle standing there, i look and see her dancing, she simply has no care
I don't want to disturb her, she's having so much fun, so I quietly watch her, until her dance is done
Then she comes out of her trance like state, she sees me standing there, she smiles just like the Sunshine, my Goddess, so sweet and fair
She rushes over to me, by the hand she draws me in, then as if by magic the melody wipes away my thoughts of sin
I can't help staring at her, her beauty simply has me in a trance, we sway to the music as she leads me in the dance
