Cope
Sometimes I dream of us, walking in a field of Summer flowers, picnicking in the Sun, chatting together wasting daylight hours
Or laying together on a sun-kissed beach with Turquoise waters lapping at our feet, drinking cool coconut milk, would really be a treat
Wandering along a babbling brook through a wood of massive trees, feeling a dappled sun on our faces and the winds soft cooling breeze
Sharing fleeting moments stealing moments just with you, holding hands and kissing, are somethings I'd love to do
I'd have you wrapped within my heart, I'd be your king and you my Queen, we would live in happiness, oh what a lovely dream
These are the magic gifts that run deep inside my head, whilst I'm laying here a broken man, paralyzed in my bed
Broken but I still dream, I always hang on to a chance a hope, though it's a really a impossible dream, it helps this poet cope
