I have finally returned to work after being out for the last 7 weeks with a knee injury. I couldn't wait to get back, I was so tired of sitting around getting fat and shopping online.
However, I am even more miserable now than I was before my return. Maybe its just the holiday funk that I wallow in every year, maybe its something more. I don't know at this point.
Its definitely time for me to get back into healthy habits. I have fallen out of practice with meditation and journaling. Rather ironic considering that I just had all the time in the world to indulge.
Trying to figure out what it is that I need to be happy.
