The Phoenix - Eros' Rising

"Passion has overthrown tyrants and freed prisoners and slaves. Passion has brought justice where there was savagery. Passion has created freedom where there was nothing but fear. Passion has helped souls rise from the ashes of their horrible lives and build something better, stronger, more beautiful.”

It’s Friday. The end of the work week for most.

So sit back, chill the fuck out.

Get ready to enjoy your weekend.

Grab a glass of your preferred beverage.

Take a puff of the green.

Remember we worked hard.

Now it’s time to get ready to “play” hard.

Happy Fucking Friday!!

Her eyes captivated me from the beginning.

The way they pierced right through me just from a picture.

My heart melted the first time that I saw her.

The sleekness of her body and the way she moves.

The way her hair shines in the warm sunlight.

The way her name rolls off my tongue with ease.

She is perfect in every aspect that I can see.

She has caused this Dom to have a little skip in his step.

Could it be that I have found the perfect fit for me?

A new collar to be given.

One just for her that has never been on another.

This collar is not given lightly and means a commitment has been made.

To see her waiting at the door when I come home.

To be greeted with the warmth and love after a long day.

To sit with her at my feet waiting patiently for my attention.

Her head on my lap.

To lead with nothing but my calm Dominance and firm but soft hand.

I am her Master from this day forward.

My dreams are being realized.

So today I share with all my friends.

The Baby Girl that has captivated my heart, mind, body, and soul.

I know that she will always have my back as I will have hers.

And now, the presentation of the collar.

I feel you, watching and waiting for my movements. Anticipating my needs and desires as if you are walking in my shoes.

In my condemnation I feel the shame and darkness. It towers over me, ever present until I found mercy in you.

It was if I were Judas, deep in my pain and suffering. It is then that you grabbed my hand softly and lead me to that special place in your room.

Your calming voice with it’s soothing tone whispers “Get right with me.”

Peace fills my mind and there was no rush in the process of redemption. The weight of it all melting away.

In my darkness, it only took one caress from your gentleness to bring the light. You were there and brought a higher love to my being.

My joy is knowing that I have been brought back and am no longer kneeling at Deaths door. It will be in faith and devotion that I will walk from this day forward.

I find it funny that we cannot have a civil talk with people in the community.  Ask questions about what someone has written in their post about their views and beliefs without the questions being deleted and what was actually said being reworded and twisted.  NEVER would I do that on one of my posts!!!!  I believe that we are all individuals in this lifestyle and every person's view and words matter, even if they do not line up with my own.  I have always been willing to have an open forum discussion on my beliefs as this is how we all learn.

To me a person who does this is trying to control the conversation so that only their viewpoint matters and no other views do.  SO WRONG!!  RED FLAG!!

To those who follow me and those who wish to  have discourse with me, I welcome it freely; whether I agree or not, we can discuss it and agree to disagree if we do not see Eye to Eye.  But I will not ever not communicate or manipulate the communication by deleting what another says.  Again  Open Forum.

And when someone deletes my comments and then says I am the one that did it...  What is your take?

Let's have open discussions and be civil.  Let's learn from one another and question things that we do not know, understand, or have questions about without deleting comments of those asking the questions.  Open Discourse.....

This life we live is in ever constant change.  It is a wonderfully beautiful dance to a song that is unheard and unknown.  Each day taking steps in the movement of life's rhythms.  The choreograph perfectly designed to each individual.  Sometimes the dance flows and is beautiful as a ballet.  Other times it is chaotic and seems to have no purpose such as a mosh pit.  But the dance is still the dance.  Ever changing and flowing.

Maybe a better analogy is a river.  Life is ever flowing and I am a vessel upon its waters.  There are days where the waters are peaceful and all is perfect and calm.  You look to the shores and see the beauty of nature as you are casually drifting along the river's current;  How the birds sing their songs as they fly about, the flowers and trees along the shores where the animals come and drink until they get their fill, the Sun giving full light to proclaim the glory of it all.

And then, there are the days that you are in the rapids.  Learning to watch the river as it flows with power and redirects itself around the obstacles that are in its way, learning from the river to navigate the vessel through those same obstacles, to just flow with it and how to correct coarse when needed to bring it back to the calm waters once again.

And then, there are the storms, where you can do nothing but hold on.  Just hoping that the river will bring you through without destroying the vessel upon the shores.  Where you can see nothing but the rough waters and the storm that you are in. All seems as though it is coming to an end as you are tossed back and forth on the waves.  Wondering if the storm will ever end and what it will all look like when it does.

When the storm does end, you find that you have made it through.  You also realize that there are other vessels that have gone through the storms and that you are not alone.  Not only are you not alone, but you have never been alone.  They were always there, drifting along the currents with you on the river.

So let us dance together and sail together along the river not knowing what is to come, but facing it together as we learn and navigate the beautiful choreography of what could be as well as what will be.

Time rolls by, the clock don't stop

I wish I had a few more drops

Of the good stuff, the good times

Oh, but they just keep on flyin'

Right on by, like it ain't nothin'

I wish I had me a, a pause button

Moments like those, Lord knows I'd hit it

Yeah, sometimes this old life will leave you wishin'

That you had five more minutes

The only thing that never changes is change. It is always present and undoubtedly effects us all. We can do 1 of 2 things with it. We can embrace it or resist it, but either way it is going to happen.

Sometimes change is planned. We initiate it and and have a vision of what it is that we are after and make the plan for the change that we are going after.

Sometimes change is unforeseen and unexpected. It can be painful and hurt. It could be the sudden loss of a job, friend, or a loved one. Throwing us into a tailspin of unknowing, grief, anger, and fear.

Sometimes it is beautiful and welcomed. It could be the meeting of an unexpected friend, promotion, or a new love interest. Creating unforeseen joy, happiness, and pleasure.

The 1 thing these situations all have in common is that they involve change. Known or unknown.

Remember that when 1 door closes, another opens. Will you resist the open door or will you embrace the change and walk through it into a new chapter of your lives?  A starting over point?

You never know when or what life will throw at you but, it will happen

As for me, I choose to embrace and see what the next chapter will be in my journey’s story.  Will you?
