I love going through the cage and seeing posts and comments of people genuinely having a good time and going back and forth in the little dances that happen among friends. To see those who have been in the lifestyle help to educate and build up those who are just entering. To see people talk about their current relationships and share their experiences. To see the struggles that people are having and those in the community reach out to them to lift them up and let them know that it will be okay. This, overall, is a great community and I would not trade it for anything.
With that being said, there is the "Dark Side" of the cage. All the "Insta Doms" out there that are just trying to get their jolly's off thing that they can just come on here and start ordering around those "fragile and meek" submissives. Please.... (SMH)
Then those who get on here and thing that the only way to do things is the way they do things. and do not listen to others perspectives. "Only One Way!!!"
How about those that just sit and troll others posts and blast the person and try to tear them down and beat them up online? Cyber bullies...
There are more, but for the sake of not making this a book... I will move on.
I know that personally, I have gotten into it with of few of these people. I have used the "almighty" block option.
(Best way not to deal with these types)
What is it with these types that they feel that they need to do these things? Does it make them feel superior to others? Does it make them feel better about themselves? Do they just like the drama? Maybe it just feeds their egos?
Regardless of why, these are toxic people and should be avoided. The only thing that these people do is suck your life energies and drain you.
Don't engage with those that have no understanding and lack the ability to follow the Code of Conduct within the community.
Most of us are here to have a bit of fun, learn new things (we are always learning), talk about our experiences, and make some great friends along the way. (Maybe even find a dynamic)
In the spirit of "New Beginnings" and "2nd chances", I have wiped my blocked list. With that being said, I am more than happy to engage with people that are not TOXIC and want to have real dialogue, have a bit of fun, or give / receive information.
Please do not come at me with BS, I will be happy to use the block feature if you want to be anything but cordial in your interactions with me.
